第8屆植樹及護理日 - 香港區國際百萬森林計劃的活動簡介課，將於（06月20日/星期二）19:30 - 21:00 假香港大學進行，不用預先留位，歡迎各義務工作人員，參加者或非參加者撥冗出席，謝謝。
La conférence brève du 8 ème jour de reboisement et de conservation - projet et réseau mondial de million d'arbres - Hong Kong, sera tenue (le 20 juin de 2016 / mardi ) entre 19:30 - 21:00 à l'université de Hong Kong, soyez la bienvenue de venir si vous voulez, merci.

感謝各位今年參與/再次參與敝委員會在香港區的植林及護理活動; 是年的活動流程將會比過往7年輕鬆, 希望各位能有一個愉快的植林及護理日.
6月25日活動的簡介會現訂於2017年06月20日(星期二)晚上7時半至9時在香港大學百週年校園逸夫教學樓二樓2.18室進行; 在百周年校園水池旁大學書店斜對面可乘扶手電梯上二樓穿過防煙門即可抵達2.18室(升降機不能直達); 若搭乘鐵路者, 可在香港大學站C1出口至百週年校園入口, 然後轉右上扶手電梯兩層即可抵達. (可見附圖).
若您未能出席簡介會, 敝委員會將於該星期四(6月22日)或之前把簡介會的簡報資料透過電郵或電話傳送給各位, 謝謝.

Merci de votre participation (à nouveau) dans notre activité régionale de reboisement et de conservation à HK; Cette année, l'écoulement de l'activité serait plus doux et plus relaxant que les 7 dernières années; Nous souhaitons que vous ayez une journée de reboisement et de conservation plus agréable le 25 juin 2017.
La séance d'information pour l'activité du 25 juin 2017 aura lieu le mardi 20 juin 2017 de 19h30 a 21h00 au campus du centenaire de l'Universite de Hong Kong, la salle 2.18, l'étage 2 du bâtiment Run Run Shaw; Vous pourriez prendre l'escalier roulant jusqu'au étage 2 et vous pouvez enfin rejoindre la salle de classe après avoir poussé les portes anti-fumée (l'ascenseur ne pouvait pas atteindre cette salle de classe); Si vous souhaitez prendre le MTR, vous pouvez partir de la sortie C1 vers l'entrée du campus centenaire, puis tourner à droite et monter l'escalier roulant vers l'étage 2, la salle de 2.18 sera là-bas. (Voir les photos ci-jointes).
Si vous ne pouvez pas assister à la séance d'information dans ce mardi, nous vous enverrons les informations de PPT via les courriels ou les téléphones au plus tard le jeudi 22 juin 2017; Merci avec nos compliments sincères.

Dear all participants and workers,
thanks for your participation (again) in our HK regional trees planting and conservation activity; this year the flow of the run-down would be more smooth and relax than the previous 7 years; we wish you have a happy and pleasant trees planting and conservation day on 25 June 2017.
The briefing session for the activity on 25 June 2017, will be held on Tuesday (20 June 2017) 19:30 - 21:00 at the University of Hong Kong Centennial Campus, Room 2.18, 2/F of the Run Run Shaw Building; you could take the escalator up to the 2/F and you could finally reach to the classroom after crossing the smoke-prevention doors (the lift could not reach to that classroom); if you would like to take the MTR, you could leave from the exit C1 towards the centennial campus entrance, then turn right and take the escalator to the 2/F, the Room 2.18 would be overthere. (Please see the attached photos).
If you could not attend the briefing session on this Wednesday, we will send the PPT briefing information to you via the emails or phones on or before that Thursday (22 June 2017); thanks with our sincere compliments.
