第8屆植樹及護理日 - 香港區國際百萬森林計劃的活動簡介課，將於（06月20日）[星期二] 19:30 - 21:00 假香港大學進行，不用預先留位，歡迎各義務工作人員，參加者或非參加者撥冗出席，謝謝。

(一). 參與者須為植樹活動進行最低籌款:
家庭/小組隊每隊的最低籌款額為港幣950圓或以上; 團體/學校代表隊每隊的最低籌款額為港幣1,800圓或以上; 企業/公司代表隊每隊的最低籌款額為港幣9,000圓或以上。籌得費用將用作購買樹苗和肥料開支，活動當天開支，日後五年保育區及樹木護理開支，日後教育推廣及可持續性發展工作以及購買所需物資等。倘有盈餘將撥供下一屆的 "國際百萬森林計劃－國際植樹日2017" 活動中，以期望達致最終的目標教育工作，為存護地球生態而努力。

(二). 參與者在植樹活動前可自由參與由我們委任的資深講師所提供的免費植樹講座/簡介會，以便了解更多植樹的知識與技巧及活動流程。(講座/簡介會日期為06月20日 - 星期二)

(三). 所有參加者報名均須以電郵( info@hkgnu.org / pr@hkgnu.org / cimtpnhk@yahoo.com.hk )，傳真或郵寄作正式報名以便記錄作準，先到先得。參加者只須填妥報名表格，然後電郵或郵寄給我們。信件標題煩請註明為 "參與植樹活動" 便可，須待回覆方為確認。

(四). 所有參與者均可獲贈精美紀念狀或紀念品。(紀念狀將於活動後以電子形式發放為主，如有需要郵寄書面紀念狀可於報名表格註明或於活動期間向接待處提出）

(五). 各隊伍除須以團體合作之精神合力完成樹木種植的工作外，還須連攜植樹工具完成一條特定的步行路線，沿路可欣賞不同的風景與歷史文化及進行生態導賞，讓參加者可更接觸大自然及了解更多樹木種植綠化的工作。

(六). 報名將於2017年04月26日開始(星期一), 並於2016年06月16日 (星期五) 截止。可提前寄出報名表格。報名手續在受電郵確認後便完成。

(七). 報名時須一併把最低籌款額遞交。若以支票形式遞交可郵寄至 "香港東九龍郵政局郵政信箱68046號"，抬頭請寫 "HONG KONG GREEN NATURE UNION / 香港綠色自然聯盟" 或 "COMMITTEE OF INTERNATIONAL MILLION TREES FOREST PROJECT AND NETWORK HONG KONG REGION / 國際百萬森林計劃香港區委員會"，支票背面及信封封面請寫 "參與2017植樹及護理活動" 。郵寄支票時可一併連同報名表格填妥遞交，當報名接受後支票將不予退還。

(A). Tous les participants doivent faire des dons minimals pour l'activité du reboisement:
Les équipes de famille et d'unité doivent faire des dons pour un montant minimum de HK$950 ou plus; Les équipes de société et d'école doivent faire des dons pour un montant minimum de HK$1,800 ou plus; Les équipes d'entreprise et de compagnie doivent faire des dons pour un montant minimum de HK$9,000 ou plus. La collection de frais de don sera utilisée pour acheter des plants (jeune arbres) et des engrais, les dépenses de l'événement dans ce jour et de conservation et d'entretien des arbres de la région du reboisement pour cinq années, les dépenses de la promotion future, l'éducation et le développement durable ainsi que l'achat des fournitures nécessaires. S'il y aura un excédent, notre comité l'attribuera dans le prochain "Jour de reboisement - Projet et réseau mondial de million d'arbres - en 2017 à Hong Kong, pour atteindre l'objectif ultime de l'éducation, et les efforts visant à conserver l'écologie de la terre.

(B). Tous les participants sont bienvenues de participer à notre leçon d'introduction gratuitement ( la date sera le 20 juin de 2017 - mardi )

(C). Pour l'enregistrement, tous les participants doivent soumettre les formulaires d'application via e-mail ( info@hkgnu.org / pr@hkgnu.org / cimtpnhk@yahoo.com.hk ) , fax ou par courrier pour l'inscription officielle, du premier arrive premier servi. Les participants ont seulement besoin de remplir les formulaires d'inscription, puis les nous envoyer. La lettre rubrique, veuillez indiquer "La participation à l'activité de plantation d'arbres", nous vous donnerons une confirmation ensuite.

(D). Tous les participants recevront des certificats, plaques commemoratives ou souvenirs.

(E). Chaque équipe est encouragé d'avoir l'esprit des groupes à travailler ensemble pour achêver les travaux de plantation d'arbres, mais aussi d'apporter encore les outils essentiels de plantation d'arbres pour completer un parcours specifiques de marche le long de la route pour profiter du paysage different avec l'eco-tour d'histoire, et de culture, pour laisser les participants seront plus en contact avec la nature et l'apprentissage de plantation des arbres.

(F). La date de commence d'inscription sera le 26 avril 2017 et la date limite d'inscription sera le 20 juin 2017 (mardi) . Les formulaires d'inscription peuvent être envoyés à l'avance. La procédure d'enregistrement est achevée après la confirmation d'e-mail.

(G). Soumission des formulaires d'inscription / enregistrement doit être accompagnée d'un don minimum. Si l'un chèque qui sera soumis par la poste à : "Hong Kong, Kowloon East Post Office PO Box 68046", et veuillez écrire le nom comme "HONG KONG GREEN NATURE UNION" ou "COMMITTEE OF INTERNATIONAL MILLION TREES FOREST PROJECT AND NETWORK HONG KONG REGION".
Le dos du chèque et l'enveloppe, s'il vous plaît écrivez "participer aux 2016 activité de plantation d'arbres". Envoi d'un chèque peut être soumis avec les formulaires d'inscription, lors de l'acceptation de l'enregistrement ne seront pas remboursée.

(J). Tous les reçus et les certificats commemoratifs de l'activité seront délivrés dans une année après cette activité.

(A). Participants are required to have minimum donation (fundraising) for the tree planting activities:
Family / unit team's minimum donation (fundraising) amount is HK$950 or more; social and institutional organisation team's minimum donation (fundraising) is HK$1,800 or more; entreprise and corporate team's minimum donation (fundraising) is HK$ 9,000 or more. Raised fees will be used to buy tree saplings and fertilizers, the day of the event expenses, future conservation and tree caring at least for five years ( 2016-2021 ) , future promotion of education and sustainable development spending as well as purchase the necessary supplies. If there is a surplus, it will be allocated for the next year "International Million Trees / Forest Project - Tree Planting Day for Hong Kong Region in 2017" , to expect achieving the ultimate goal of education, and efforts to conserve the earth's ecology.

(B). Participants are welcome to participate in a free tree planting briefing talk before the trees planting activity. We have appointed senior instructors to share the event rundown, arrangement and trees planting procedures etc, to all participants and volunteers, in order to let all participants understand the knowledge and skills on tree planting and flow of activity. ( Briefing talk date is 20 Juin 2017 - Tuesday )

(C). Registration / enrollment of all participants are required to use e-mail ( info@hkgnu.org / pr@hkgnu.org / cimtpnhk@yahoo.com.hk ), fax or by mail for official registration in order to record the authentic data, and in first-come-first-served basis. Participants only need to fill in the registration / enrollment forms, then email or mail it to us. The letter heading please indicate as "participation in tree planting activity", and our committee will issue a confirmation letter once we have received the registration / enrollment forms.

(D). All participants will receive certficates, commemorative prizes or souvenirs.

(E). Each team has to work together with the spirit of groups to complete the mission of tree planting, but also has to bring even the tree-planting tools to complete a specific walking routes to enjoy the different scenery during a short historic and cultural eco-tours, to let all participants will be more in touch with nature and learn more trees planting issues.

(F). The start of registration / enrollment is on 26 Apr. 2017 and the deadline of registration / enrollment is on 16 June 2017 (Friday). Application / enrollment forms can be mailed in advance. The registration / enrollment procedures are finished once we have sent a letter of confirmation to the participants.

(G). The registration / enrollment forms submission shall be accompanied by minimum donation. Cheques have to be submitted by mail to: "Hong Kong, Kowloon East Post Office PO Box 68046", and payable to "HONG KONG GREEN NATURE UNION" or "COMMITTEE OF INTERNATIONAL MILLION TREES FOREST PROJECT AND NETWORK HONG KONG REGION". The back of the cheque and envelope, please write "to participate in the 2016 tree-planting activity". Mailing a cheque can be submitted together with the completed enrollment forms. Once the acceptance of the registration / enrollment is issued, the donation will not be refunded.
(Note: Enrollment forms and sponsorship forms shall be submitted before 21 June 2017.)
(Note 2: If the participant prefers to use bank transfer form to submit donation / fund-raising, it is advisable to bank transfer to 379 252 364 001 or 774 296966 001 [Hang Seng Bank], and please scan and e-mail your bank transfer receipt to info@hkgnu.org / pr@hkgnu.org / cimtpnhk@yahoo.com.hk )

(H). Extra supplementary application / enrollment forms and donation (fundraising) forms should be submitted on or before 21 June 2017.
